Alyssa’s Critter Sitter LLC Cancellation Policies

PAYMENT POLICY

Payments are due every Saturday for the week’s visits (walks & drop-ins). Week’s run from Sunday-Saturday. If you schedule visits for the week, all payments must be submitted by end of day Saturday. If you schedule a month in advance, you still need to be paying on time, weekly, not at the end of the month when all visits have been completed! If payment is not in on time, a $5/day fee will be added onto your amount until payment is submitted.

Payments for overnight stays are due within 24 hours of returning from your stay. A $5/day late fee will also be applied if payment isn’t received within that 24 hour time frame.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For any visit cancelled with less than a complete 24 hours notice from the start of the visit time window payment in full is required. This is in addition to any short notice booking fees.

For any overnight with less than 30 days notice a flat rate of $30 per night cancellation fee is required.

SNOW & OTHER INCLEMENT WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations must be received 4 hours prior to the start of the visit. Any cancellations under 4 hours will result in a partial payment of services.

If inclement weather prevents Alyssa’s Critter Sitters to render services required during that time, no fees will be applied. This will be at the sole discretion of Alyssa’s Critter Sitters.

Holiday Services Additional $10 added to each service on holidays.

Additional $25 added to each overnight service on holidays.

The cancellation policy also exists so that we can maintain standard services to all of our wonderful clientele.
We believe that our sitters deserve to be paid for their work even if they are cancelled on short notice. This policy is in place to show that we value their time as much as we value our guests.
