We do walks/drop ins as early as 8am and as late as 9pm.
Overnights are from the time you need us there, until the time you’re returning. (We usually leave right before you return or when you say it’s okay).
You may contact Hanna or Alyssa at any time via but the best way is always through the Time to Portal where scheduling is done. They can’t always answer the phone when they’re in the middle of a job for another client, so through the portal is the best way unless you have an emergency.
